- Amendment 0001 02/11/14 Issued Amendment 0001 to extend the closing date to 03/31/14 *** 12/11/13 - The solicitation issue date has been revised to 12/12/13. A site visit will be held at Tinker AFB on 01/28/2014. Contact Mr. Todd Lee at (405) 582-4095 or email to todd.lee@tinker.af.mil no later than 7 days prior to the vist to obtain access. ** DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure a high speed machining center for use at Tinker AFB. The solicitation will result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion required in 365 days ARO. Request for Proposal SPM4A8-14-R-0015 is Full and Open Competition. A complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB-13-40-1018 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirement is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with preliminary inspection at Origin and Final Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation is anticipated to issue on 11/20/2013 and close on 12/23/13. The FedBizOpps link to DIBBS does not work. Go to https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP to obtain a copy of the solicitaiton. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF) To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com If the solicitation cannot be found on DIBBS after the issue date contact the buyer for an electronic copy. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
