- Solicitation for NSN: 2915-00-939-9536, 1000021999. OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT: 48 MONTHS. DELIVERY SCHEDULE 298 DAYS ARO. DURATION OF CONTRACT ORDERING PERIOD: 12 MONTHS. This NSN is a non-commercial item that contains requirements for higher level quality and configuration control. This is also a Critical Application item. NAICS is 336412. There is one approved source of supply which is Hydro-Aire, INC (CAGE CODE 81982). This is a stock buy with no surge requirements. The FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. This is a request for proposal for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. Estimated Annual Quantities for the base and four one-year option periods will be 112 each. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicited as Unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open procedures. Solicitations between $25,000 and over will be made in writing.
