- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information on Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), or Small Businesses (SB) interests, capabilities, and qualifications to determine if a set-aside is appropriate. Proposals are NOT being requested or accepted at this time. The Department of Veterans Affairs, - Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) NCO-12, has a requirement for on-going facilities construction, alterations, and repair of buildings, structures and other real property throughout the NORTHERN TIER of NCO-12. Locations to include the following: Zablocki VAMC, Milwaukee, WI; William S. Middleton VA Hospital, Madison, WI; Tomah VAMC, Tomah, WI; and Oscar G. Johnson VAMC, Iron Mountain, MI. The information obtained through this notice will be utilized exclusively as market research for acquisition planning purposes for the future solicitation of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). All work to be performed will be within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $33.5 M, 238210 Electrical Contractors, and 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $14.0M. All contract work will be completed through individual firm fixed price task orders awarded for individual projects throughout the three locations. Each task order will be priced individually and will include its own wage determination. These task orders will be competed amongst the IDIQ awardees. Interested parties responding to this sources sought request shall submit the following information: (1) Company name and address, point of contact, phone number, and DUNS number. (2) Documentation relating to capability of performance of an IDIQ multi-trade construction project (including references from previous IDIQ awards and resumes' of employees, both prime and sub-contractors). (3) Self-Performance and Intentions of subcontracting program, including Set-Asides; (4) Proof of registration in the VA Vet-Biz database for SDVOSB and VOSB stauts. (5) Documentation of company's bonding capacity and limitations, both individual and total. (6) Any other pertinent company documentation. The response date to this Sources Sought notice is February 25, 2014. Electronic submissions are acceptable via anne.vossler@va.gov. Hard copy submissions are acceptable to the Department of Veteran Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center - NCO-12, 115 South 84th Street, Milwaukee WI 53214.
