- CHANGE IN SITE VISIT DATE: An organized site visit has been scheduled for: February 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., Hawaiian Standard Time (HST). Participants will meet at: Building 238, Range Operations, Pohakuloa Training Area for a safety briefing before going to the project site. Participants will notify the Government of the individuals attending the site visit at POH.W9128A-14-B-0001@usace.army.mil with the following information: name, birthday, phone number, and the last 4 digits of their social security number by February 17, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., HST. PLEASE SEE SECTION 00100, CLAUSE 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION)(FEB 1985)--ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995) The lava is sharp, and appropriate footwear is recommended. A safety hat is also recommended. It is highly recommended the site visit attendees have a 4-wheel drive or truck to drive around the project site.
