Description

Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 21) will be issuing a Request for Proposal for Automatic Transfer Switch Preventive Maintenance Service Contract, Base Plus 2 Option Years for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304. This service shall be as required by the Scope of Work (SOW). Solicitation will be issued Full and Open Unrestricted to include Large Businesses. This is a Pre-Solicitation announcement. Solicitation documents are available and will be posted NLT January 22, 2014. Offerors will be required to submit past performance references as well as qualifications that must meet all requirements described in the SOW. Solicitation will contain proposal instructions.
