- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following parking spaces: State: CA City: San Francisco Delineated Area: Within 3 blocks from 630 Sansome Street, San Francisco, CA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 0 Space Type: Parking Spaces, Structured Reserved, Fenced-In Parking Spaces (Total): 82 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured, Reserved, Fenced-In): 82 Full Term: 1 year Firm Term: 9 months Option Term: n/a Additional Requirements: Parking spaces must be structured, reserved, secured, fenced-in, along with accommodating large vans Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The U.S. Government currently has 82 parking spaces in a building under lease in San Francisco, California. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as replication of tenant improvements costs likely to be make the parking spaces secured and fenced in. Expressions of interest welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives. Expressions submitted by anyone other than the owner should include a copy of agreement authorizing representation.
