Description

W9128A-14-T-0004 W9128A-14-T-0004 J&A This is a notice of intent to acquire Dell's Manufacturers Warranty Extension for 24 months on 127 computers that are currently in use throughout the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District. These PC's have been identified to expire in FY 2014 and reported in the Honolulu District PC Life Cycle Maintenance Plan. All manufacturer warranties will be extended for the full 60 months period, in accordance with HQ USACE OPORD 2010-54, FRAGO 1 through FRAGO 3. The J&A is attached. Firms believing they can provide a 24 month manufacturers warranty extension on 127 devices shall submit a quote in response to the attached W9128A-14-T-0004 AND a narrative explaining how the manufacturers warranty can be obtained. The quotes and narratives are due by 20 Mar 2014 at 2:00PM HST. The Government will not assume any costs for preparing or submitting information in response to this announcement.
