Description

The VA New England Healthcare System intends to release Solicitation VA241-14-Q-0066 for Lab services. The contractor shall provide metabolic stone disease testing and disease management services for VA patient samples for determination of urinary stone-forming risk, on as needed basis. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or about February 21, 2014. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code will be 621511 with an applicable small business size standard of $30.0M. This is a pre-solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFQ solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203. All interested parties should register via FEDBIZOPPS interested vendors list. It is the responsibility of the offeror to monitor and download amendments from FebBizOpps which may be issued to this solicitation. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in accordance with FAR 2.101,VAAR 802.101, VetBiz Registration, prospective firms must be registered in SAM (www.sam.gov) prior to award.
