- Drawing 3A Drawing 2A Drawing 1A PDF version Drawing SUBJECT: Amendment 1 - Summary of Changes for MIDS Low Volume Terminal (LVT2) Interface Cables 1. This document outlines the changes included for the Request for Quotation for the MIDS LVT2 Interface Cables (Sol # F3QCCM4008A00). The following ‘Items' have been updated for claification concerning cable assembly description and simplifed drawings. Also, the POC for this soloticiation has changed. The Product Description and Engineering Drawing files have been updated and are attached. 2. Item V) Supplies or Services Description: MIDS LVT2 Interface Cables IAW attached Product Description and Drawing: -- MLTV2 Host Cable Assy (3pgs) (DWG # 1028900-105M) 3. Item VI) Item/Requirements Description: Manufacture and deliver interface cables for the Multifunctional Distribution System (MIDS) Low Volume Terminal (LVT2). This cable provides the connection between a MIDS LVT(2) terminal and the Diagnostic Support Tool (DST). The cables shall be made in accordance with the attached Product Description. The cables will be manufactured in accordance with drawing package 1028900-105M. 4. Item XV) Submission of Quotes: Quotations are to be emailed directly to joshua.hodges@us.af.mil no later than 28 FEB 2014 5:00 pm EST 5.
