- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm, fixed-price quotes are requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation number L14PS00046. This document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-72. This solicitation is set-aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 115112. The Small Business Annual Receipts for the firm and its Affiliates, for the preceding three (3) fiscal years does not exceed $7.0 million.
