Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is being conducted under FAR 13.5 Commercial Items- Test Program as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. VA251-14-Q-0142. This solicitation closes on February 28, 2014. The Network 11 Contracting Office intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Homeless Care for Homeless Veteran Services located in the Lansing, Michigan area for a period of one (1) year from the date of award and four (4) option years. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. NAICS Code is 624229, and Size Standard is $14 Million. The solicitation will be issued as Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit quotations which shall be considered by the Agency. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) data base at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit that SAM website and register as soon as possible to avoid delays should they be selected for a contract award. Questions concerning this announcement should be directed to the Contracting Officer using the e-mail link provided. Responses must be submitted in writing to the Network 11 Contracting Office, Attention: Lisa Frymier, Contracting Officer (90CSC), 8888 Keystone Crossing Blvd ste 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240, or by email at Lisa.Frymier@va.gov. Responses must be received no later than 4:00pm, Friday, February 28, 2014. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
