Description
REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration has a requirement to lease approximately 5,300 useable square feet of office space, 3,500 square feet of warehouse space and 37,000 SF wareyard. The site shall be able to accommodate approximately 71 secure and unsecure space for vehicles, motorcycles, bicycle racks and RV’s. The space will be occupied by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Occupancy would be required by March 2016. This advertisement is not a basis for negotiation. The Government reserves the right to reject any or all expressions of interest and give consideration to properties other than those offered in response to this advertisement. Sites offered for new construction will be considered only if suitable existing facilities are not available. LEASE TERM: 20 years firm (15 years Firm) UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Space offered must be contiguous. Space must have potential for an efficient layout. A minimum 9’ ceiling height from finished floor is required throughout the office space and a 16’ clear height in warehouse space. Portions of the warehouse shall have overhead doors and capability to have vehicle ramps and loading docks. The Government requires a fully serviced lease including parking spaces. Environmental factors such as LEEDS and Energy Star may be considered during the procurement process. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the rental consideration. Space shall not be located within a base (100-year) flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined it to be the only practicable alternative. Subleases will not be considered. Space must be fully handicapped accessible.
