Description

The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to issue RFQ VA69D-14-Q-0524 for on-call Helium delivery for the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI. This firm fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 325120. Please see RFQ document VA69D-14-Q-0524 for requirements. Quoters are to follow the instructions in RFQ document VA69D-14-Q-0524. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory.
