Description

The 410th Contracting Support Brigade Regional Contracting Center Americas intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a non-personal services contract to provide translation and interpretation services for the CAA Conference hosted by U.S. Army South in Columbus, GA. The contractor shall provide personnel capable of providing expert oral and written translation and interpretation services in English, Spanish and Portuguese both prior to and during the conference. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform this requirement. The conference facility shall be at a hotel TBD, located in the vicinity of FT Benning GA. NAICS code: 541930 applies. The size standard is $7.0 million. Request for Quotation (RFQ) W912CL-14-T-0063 will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 20 Feb 2014. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. A firm-fixed price Contract will be awarded with a performance period of 17 March-11 April 2014. All responsible businesses may submit an offer which shall be considered. No award will be issued to a prospective vendor that has not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov).
