Description

The 410th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Center (Americas) intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for lodging, meals, coffee breaks, conference facilities, ADP/AV equipment, and other supplies and services needed to support 65 conference attendees as defined in the SOW. The Contractor shall provide all conference support equipment and services to include lodging, meals, conference space, admin space, audiovisual equipment and support services, and IT Support for ARSOUTH as specified in this SOW. NAICS code: 721110 applies. The size standard is $30.0 million. Request for Quotations (RFQ) W912CL-14-T-0062 will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website at: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 20 FEB 2014. Paper copies of the RFQ will not be available. All documentation can and must be downloaded from the website above. A firm-fixed price Contract will be awarded with a performance period of 03-11 April 2014. All responsible businesses may submit an offer which shall be considered. No award will be issued to a prospective vendor that has not registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov).
