Description
The National Park Service (NPS), Grand Canyon National Park (GCNP) intends to acquire 6 replacement, and 4 new, industry standard AFM unit(s) with all necessary Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software, hardware, and all of the following services: installation, training, warranty, technical and system administration support, and managed services for PCI compliance of the AFM units. AFMs must comply with the relevant federal IT security, Section 508, PCI DSS and PA-DSS for credit card security. By 2015, the AFM machines credit card devices must be compatible with the Europay, Mastercard and Visa (EMV) integrated circuit cards (ICC) level 1 and level 2 standards. The contractor must provide proof of machine compatibility from EMVco by October 1, 2014 and configure all applicable AFM's by January 1, 2015. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for an initial year, with four one-year options, awarded as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334514, and the size standard is 500 employees. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide the products and services at 10 locations in and around Grand Canyon National Park. A request for proposals (RFP) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov on or about March 6, 2014. The solicitation will close on or about April 3, 2014. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be provided. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor this website to download applicable documents and check for amendments. Award is anticipated on or about May 1, 2014. Delivery and installation is anticipated to be approximately 60 days from date of award. To receive any contract award, contractors must register in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov, and complete electronic annual representations and certifications. All responsible sources may submit a quotation that will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the solicitation. All responses must be submitted in writing to the Arizona Major Acquisition Buying Office (AZ MABO), 1824 S. Thompson St. #200, Flagstaff AZ 86001-2693 or by email to Shad_Stoddard@NPS.gov.
