This is a pre-solicitation notice for a small business set aside for a contract for fuel oil, burner #2 (low sulfur) to be delivered to the VA Medical Center in Albany, NY at 113 Holland Ave. Albany, NY 12208. The total amount of fuel is an estimated 48,000 gallons and shall be equally split into 3 deliveries. The first delivery will be expected approximately 5 days after award of this contract with the remaining deliveries a week. Contract award date shall on or about 2/28/2014.
