Description

Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The solicitation will be posted electronically through FedBizOpps on or about February 21, 2014 and is only for VISN 21 MATOC holders. Sealed bids shall be requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). As a reminder, MATOC holders must be currently registered in Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE). Registration may be accomplished at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. An active registration in SAM is required. Registration is available at www.SAM.gov. An active registration in VETS100/100a Federal Contractor Report at www.dol.gov/vets/vets-100.html is required. This will be a construction project located at the VA Menlo Park Campus in Menlo Park, CA. Please see solicitation for scope of work description and performance period. All work to be performed will be within North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $33.5M. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Interested MATOC holders are encouraged to register via www.fbo.gov in order to view the formal solicitation when it is released. The solicitation will be posted electronically through www.fbo.gov on or about February 21, 2014.
