Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is interested in leasing an existing facility with approximately 9,000 - 10,000 net usable square feet plus required circulation and mechanical space to be used as a community rehabilitation clinic. The facility should be located within a 5 mile radius of the city center of Fayetteville, North Carolina. This community rehabilitation clinic will be in support of the Fort Bragg medical community and will be operated by the U.S. Army Medical Command to improve health care for military families. The facility should have a full complement of utility services available, good access, secure and lighted parking to accommodate employees and patients, and must be in compliance with the Department of Defense's Unified Facility Criteria, Anti terrorism (UFC) Minimum standards for Buildings.
