- Description
- Package The Federal Bureau of Prisons, United Stated Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA, intends to issue solicitation RFQP02151400010 for the acquisition of dairy products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing for the period of April 1, 2014 to June 30, 2013. This soliciation is unrestricted, no set aside used. Deliveries will be made to the United States Penitentiary, Institution Warehouse, 3057 Easton Turnpike, Waymart, PA 18472. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 21, 2014 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website: http:/www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. Faith Based and Community Based organizations can submit offers/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is March 19, 2014 at 1:00pm. Payment will be made using the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offeror is required to have an active registration at www.sam.gov.
