- This acquisition to result in the award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years as follows: NSN 1560-00-673-9815 100% SBSA Acquisition Export Control TDP available from DLA Aviation Configuration Control Item OEM--Lockheed Martin, CAGE 98897 Approved Sources-CAGES 70628, 98769, 5V156 AF CSI Item Not Commercial Item No Surge Reqt Delivery 140 days Estimate Annual Qty 116 FOB Origin, Inspect/acceptance origin End Item A/C Engine C-130 A/C The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. T his solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a reverse auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Procurex system and review the reverse auction help tutorials at https://dla.procurexinc.com <http://dla.procurexinc.com/> to learn more about how to participate in an auction.
