- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, storage, debris disposal, clean up, certifications, supervision, and transportation to remodel an existing open barn style metal building into a storage facility for the Air National Guard Air Force Reserve Command Test Center (AATC), located at the 162nd FW, 1800 E Super Sabre Drive, Tucson IAP, Tucson AZ 85706. A site visit is scheduled for 10:00Am MST 20 February 2014. offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. All vendors attending the site visit must provide notice to the AATC Contracting Office. This is a best value acquisition. The Government will make an award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is the most advantageous to the government. Questions must be submitted no later than 1:OO pm MST 24 February 2014. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing.
