- Purchase Request number SC1000019319, HORNET F/A -18 AIRCRAFT, REPAIR KIT,AIRCRAFT. Letter Solicitation Number SPM4A6-14-R-1387, NSN 4920-01-493-1805 This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement consisting of a base and four option years. This requirement will be solicited Unrestricted, Other Than Full & Open Competition.. The approved source is ALCOA GLOBAL FASTENERS, CAGE 29372, P/N TL12181-101. This letter solicitation is for an Add On Initiative for Dynalec Corporation basic contract SPE4A6-13-D-0252. If any source express interest in submitting an offer other than Alcoa Global Fasteners, a formal solicitation will be issued with revised issue and closing dates. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 114 each for base year only. Minimum Order Quantity for base and options is 114 each; Maximum Order Quantity is 228 each for base and options; Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) for base and options is 456. Total Maximum Contract (TMC) quantity is 3380. The delivery schedule for the base and option years is 209 days ARO. Surge and sustainment is not required. All terms and conditions of Alcoa Global Fasteners' basic contract SPE4A6-13-D-0252 apply. The anticipated issue date is March 12,2014 & closing date of March 27, 2014.
