- Rejuvenator Connect Custom, Anti-Fatigue, Autoclavable and Specialty Mat This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00259-14-T-0096. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. A nine digit Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) number provided by Dun and Bradstreet is required to register.
