- Purchase Request number SC1000016823, OHIO CLASS SSBN (TRIDENT), INDICATOR,ANGLE. Letter Solicitation Number SPM4A6-14-R-1420, NSN 6320-00-731-6134 This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) requirement consisting of a base and two option years. This requirement will be solicited Unrestricted, Other Than Full & Open Competition, Higher level applies. The approved sources Dynalec Corporation, CAGE 12763, part number 4N7N and L-3 Maritime Systems, CAGE 28199, part number IC1UA11-1B. This letter solicitation is for an Add On Initiative for Dynalec Corporation basic contract SPE4A6-14-D-0086. If any source express interest in submitting an offer other than Dynalec Corporation, a formal solicitation will be issued with revised issue and closing dates. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (GMQ) is 3 each for base year only. Minimum Order Quantity for base and options is 3 each; Maximum Order Quantity is 5 each for base and options; Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) for base and options is 10. Total Maximum Contract (TMC) quantity is 48. The delivery schedule for the base and option years is 203 days ARO. Surge and sustainment is not required. All terms and conditions of Dynalec Corporation's basic contract SPE4A6-14-D-0086 apply. The anticipated issue date is March 12,2014 & closing date of March 27, 2014.
