- The Southern Regional Contracting Office (SRCO) intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Donald L Mooney Enterprises, LLC. DBA Nurses Etc. Staffing, San Antonio, Texas 782213 for a one-year period of performance starting on 1 April 2014. The requirement is for Licensed Vocational Nursing Services of various specialties in support of the San Antonio Military Medical Center and Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center. The bridge contract will allow for continuance of LVN services at these two medical facilities while the competitive follow-on contract is finalized. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621399 with the size standard of $7M.
