- The U.S. Military Academy at West Point intends to purchase two (2) GOW-MAC Series 400 Basic Isothermal Gas Chromatographs with Thermal Conductivity Detector. We are seeking vendors who offer this equipment OR equal equipment by different manufacturer. If you can provide this, please contact the listed Contract Specialist via email. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING OFFERS AT THIS TIME. SPECIFICATIONS: At a minimum, each of the following elements are required as part of the specification for this equipment. Gas chromatograph with Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD) Contractor will supply all hardware required for installation and verification of operation. Ruggedized for student use. Column Oven o Temperature Control:.solid state time proportioning, RTD sensors, direct reading o Temperature Range: Ambient to 300 'C o Column Oven Temperature Protection Circuit: shuts the column off if the temperature rises to 30 over setpoint. o Accommodates two l/4 quote mark OD x 12' columns or correspondingly longer lengths of 1/8 quote mark OD. o Dual Column. o Direct temperature setpoints.
