- Description: This is a competitive unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $35.5M. Work consists of the repair of deteriorated pavements on Whiteman Air Force Base Missouri. This may require the complete rebuilding of certain streets, parking lots, and driveways as well as the installation/repair of jogging trails, bike trails, cart paths and sidewalks. This may include the removal of existing asphalt and base materials and replacement with new. Other work will include pavement marking, excavation, backfill, concrete curb, gutter, drainage, structures, seeding/sod, surveying and staking. This will be a firm fixed price contract; Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract will consist of a base period 12 months, with four 12-month option years. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 14 March 2014 on the FedBizOpps posting system at https://www.fbo.gov/. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. Note: Although we are providing a link for the Interested Vendors List, the listing will not be used to notify vendors of any amendments to the solicitation. It is your responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for changes to the solicitation.
