- This is a Sources Sought for Information only. This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. This request does not obligate the government in any contract award. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Benning, Georgia, is conducting research to determine the capabilities of potential contractors to perform a non-personal services contract to provide support services for the Infantry-proponent Advanced Situational Awareness (ASA) Courses. Any contractor interested in performing such work, must be able to provide instruct on the methodology they would employ to meet the requirements as described within the attached Performance Statement of Work: If interested, the following information is required: 1. Full Name of firm with address, phone, e-mail address, and point of contact. 2. State if your firm is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a) or Hubzone, or if it is Service Disabled Veteran-Owned. Proof of SBA certification/documentation shall be provided with this response. 3. Qualifications: Responses to this sources sought synopsis shall indicate specialized experience for instructor training services. 4. Firms submitting responses shall present their information showing relevant experience in the support the development and implementation of strategic planning, staff policies, procedures and program support documentation, to include documenting, researching, reviewing and providing technical and real world training they have performed which are similar in scope. The qualification criteria documentation is limited to 12 pages. The subject line on email should read: W911SF-14-R-0411 Advanced Situational Awareness (ASA) YOUR COMPANY NAME. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice by providing the capabilities documentation and identify the business status to the identified NAICS code. The attachment is a draft copy of the services, and is subject to change at time of solicitation. Solicitation number is also subject to change. The response date for this is March 6, 2014, 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time. Questions and or concerns regarding this Sources Sought Notice shall be directed to SFC Anthony Dearman via email at usarmy.benning.hqda-aca.mbx.doc-offer@mail.mil. All questions must be presented to the point of contact no later than 2:00 p.m. March 3, 2014.
