- Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement to provide 5 FTEs Neonatal Respiratory Care Therapists. The period of performance is expected to start on or about 5 June 2014 through 30 September 2014. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for the base period, and four option years, and will not award multiple contracts for this requirement. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small-Disabled Veteran Small Business. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621399 (Office of Misc. Health Practitioners), and the small business size standard is $7 million. It is a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered and approved though The System for Award Management (SAM). This is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidates the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site. Entities may register at no cost directly from this page. The solicitation number is W91YTZ-14-R-0025. The entire solicitation will be issued electronically approximately within 30-45 days of notification and can be located at the Army Single Face to Industry website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi (paper copies will not be available). The Contractors are responsible for downloading all documents from the ASFI website. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the website frequently/daily for the solicitation and any posted changes to the solicitation. When issued, the solicitation will specify the actual date and time for proposal receipt. No telephone request will be honored.
