Description

RFP SPE4A614R1180, SC 1000016972. This solicitation is being issued under FAR 13.5 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6220-01-417-1847. RFP is for contractor supply of NSN 6220-01-417-1847, LIGHT, INDICATOR in accordance with Korry Electronics Co. (CAGE 81590) p/n 16415-008; Lockheed Martin Corp. (CAGE 81755) p/n 16F3020-2; and Luminescent Systems, Inc. (CAGE 14550) p/n 38001-6. NAICS for FSC 6220 is 336320, SB size is 500 employees. This NSN is commercial-of-a-type. Configuration Control applies. Export Control Applies. Government First Article Test (FAT) applies. Solicitation will be for a proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), to include a term of base year of 12 months and three option years. This item is being procured under "other than full and open competition procedures" under 10 USC 1304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. The Trade Agreement Act applies to this procurement. IQC will cover DLA-Direct delivery orders. The requested terms are FOB Origin-Government Arranged Transportation for all delivery orders. Govt FAT requires Inspection at Origin, Acceptance at Destination. First delivery order requires Inspection and Acceptance at Origin; unless FAT is waived. In that case, Inspection/ Acceptance at Destination for all delivery orders. Delivery of 223 days for the production units is requested on all delivery orders. Delivery of 120 days is requested for the FAT sample, which is 1 EA. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order per the DSCR Form P-41. Packaging requirements will be stated in the item description in the solicitation. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. Total Annual Estimated Demand is 49 EA. Maximum contract quantity is 196 EA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
