- Description
- Allegretto Wave Eye-Q Laser System Services, at JBSA-Lackland, Texas. This is a presolicitation notice for nonpersonal services to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform telephone customer support, and software maintenance support for the Allegretto Wave Eye-Q Laser System for the period of time specified to include a subsequent option year. Services include but are not limited to unlimited telephone support service, a toll-free 800 line must be available for users to call to get assistance in correcting any software problems as needed, and provide all operational system and data maintenance. The Government is anticipating awarding a firm-fixed-price task order off of an existing GSA contract. The anticipated contract will be for a base period of 6 Mar 14 thru 30 Sep 14 with one, one-year option. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219, and the small business size standard is $19,000,000.00. This acquisition is being issued as a sole source requirement. A lmited sources justification will be posted to FBO on or about 3 Mar 14. The Service Contract Act of 1965 as amended applies to this requirement. NO HARD COPIES will be provided. The justification must be downloaded from the internet. Once the justification is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerers interested in submitting an offer must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database with a commercial and government entity code (CAGE CODE). SAM information can be obtained by accessing www.sam.gov.
