- TITLE: 1560; PANEL, STRUCTURAL, AI; WSIC K PR: 51454834; ISSUE DATE: 12MAR2014; CLOSING DATE: 11APR2014 NSN: 1560-01-600-0459; PR: 51454834; Item: Panel, Structural, AI; P/N L3226422-052. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition. A complete data package may be available. This solicitation will result in a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SBSA) Firm Fixed Price contract for 21 each. This item is subject to Export Control and Configuration Control. Government First Article Testing applies. The following terms apply: FOB DESTINATION; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Tinker AFB, OK 73145-8000. The First Article Testing Delivery and Production delivery will be stated in the actual solicitation. This solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and any other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 12 March 2014 with a closing date of 11 April 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
