Description

J&A - Only One Source - Special Education Services This is a contract to provide Special Education Placement Services. The services will last for the duration of the School Year 2013-2014 in accordance with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) for a student enrolled at the West Point School District in West Point, NY. The contract type for this requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: U009. NAICS Code: 611110. Small Business Size Standard: $7M. This is a Non-Competitive Contract Action: The intended source for this award is Mt. Pleasant-Blythedale School, as market research has indicated that this is the only Contractor who is able to fulfill the specifics of this requirement. NOTE: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
