- Description
- This requirement is for NSN 5342-00-664-4473, Mount, Resilient, Weapon System, which is identified by Drawing NR 80064 803-1385778, Revision NR N dated May 10, 1977. Qualified Products List (QPL) applies. The RFP will cover requirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a Partial Set Aside. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 378 each for the base year and each option years. A guaranteed minimum of 94 each applies to the base year only. Offers will be solicited with a delivery of 114 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA Direct requirements only. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Programs applies to the set-aside portion only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies to the unrestricted portion only. The solicitation will include provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. No Internet Quoting Service (IQS) or Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) quotes will be accepted for this solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
