- Market Survey for Domestic Producer of PSG Analog Signal Generators This is a market survey for PSG analog signal generators. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This market survey is being conducted in order to determine if domestic end produced PSG analog signal generators are available in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities of satisfactory quality. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendors ™ expense. The FAA is soliciting statements of interest and capabilities from domestic end producers of PSG analog signal generators. A domestic end product is considered to be an end product manufactured in the United States where the cost of its components mined, produced or manufactured in the Unites States exceeds at 50 percent of the cost of all its components. (In determining if an end product is domestic, only the end product and its components shall be considered.) Statements of interest and capability from large businesses, small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and 8(a) certified firms capable of providing domestic end product PSG analog signal generators are welcomed. The PSG analog signal generator shall have: a standard adapter type-N, M to 3.5mm F frequency range from 250 kHz to 20 GHz Step Attenuator Type-N (f) RF output connector Ultra-low phase noise performance Narrow pulse modulation Analog ramp sweep The principle North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 334515 -- Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals, with a size standard of 500 employees. Questions can be directed to the CO at the above email address. Questions and answers will be posted to the FAA Contracting Opportunities website as amendments to this market survey. Please return the attached Business Declaration form. If your firm claims 8(a) status, please return a copy of your firm ™s SBA certification letter. Capability statements and Business Declaration forms and any other required documentation are due by 10:00 AM EDST on Tuesday, March 25, 2014.
