Notice of Solicitation Cancellation VA246-14-Q-0332 MATV Fiber Optic Installation February 26, 2014 The following solicitation has hereby been cancelled in accordance with FAR 14.209 (a) (2). Due to the age and configuration of the current cable TV system here at Durham, in the long run it would be more cost effective to install a complete new system than to piecemeal patch the existing system. Our existing system is an antiquated analog system, and all the new equipment and system providers are digital. All prospective bidders will be given an opportunity to bid on any resolicitation of bids or any future requirements for the type of supplies or service involved. BIDS INVITED: UNKNOWN BID RECEIVED: NONE
