Description

Request for Information: The test and evaluation (T&E) portion of the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) Program requires the capability of automating, managing, scheduling, and analyzing object-based functional regression testing, as well as, load and stress testing in the DPS test environment. At the most fundamental level, DPS is a web-based application backed by an Oracle® database. More specifically, for the duration of DPS's next development increment (Increment III), the environment will be comprised of the following software stacks, hosted in a DISA computing facility: • Legacy DPS - Siebel® CRM®, coupled with custom web applications written in Java, deployed into an Oracle® WebLogic® application server. • Modernized DPS - custom web applications written in Java, deployed into the SoftwareAG webMethods® MyWebMethods® application server.
