- INDUSTRY DAY: An Industry Day for this acquisition has been planned for March 14, 2014 at 10:15 AM. Please see the attachment entitled,"N66001-14-R- 4077_Industry_Day_SES" for further details. Original Synopsis Posted 19 November 2013: The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, (SSC) Pacific intends to issue solicitation No. N66001-14-R-0077, for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) Software Engineering Support (SES). This procurement will be a Full and Open Competition. Firms are encouraged to review the web site regularly for updated information. SSC Pacific, Test Evaluation & Certification Division (Code 591) and Tactical Systems Integration & Interoperability Division (Code 535), have a continuing requirement to provide Software Engineering Services (SES) in support of: (a) In-Service Software Support Activity (ISSA) engineering services for test systems software management, development, and software support that includes, but are not limited to, the Multi-Link System Test and Training Tool (MLST3), Joint Tactical Information Distribution System Test Analysis Reporting System (JTARS), Data Link Implementation Report System (DLIRS), integrated Systems Tactical Data Link Interoperability Report (iSTIR); (b) ISSA engineering services for the Common Data Link Management System (CDLMS)/Next Generation Command and Control Processor (NGC2P), Command and Control Processor (C2P), Re-hosted C2P (RC2P), and related programs; and (c) Engineering, test, and management support for the Common Link Integration Processing (CLIP) software development effort. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330. SSC Pacific intends to solicit and award multiple, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract(s), for a performance period to include a three (3) year base period followed by a two (2) year Option period. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 387,400 hours. The estimated release date of the solicitation is December 2013. Electronic copies of the solicitation will be available for download via the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil under SSC Pacific Open Solicitations. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site.
