- This posting constitutes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intent to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to acquire operations and maintenance, expanding existing capabilities, testing and engineering support for the Global Positioning System (GPS) Enhanced Jammer Location (eJLOC) suite. The resultant contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The statutory authority for this sole source acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. The required services are only available from NAVSYS Corporation (a small business). The Government intends to award a contract for non-commercial items utilizing FAR Part 15. The total anticipated period of performance is five years, made up of five separate periods as follows: Base Year: 8 April 2014 - 31 Dec 2014 Option Year One: 1 Jan 2015 - 31 Dec 2015 Option Year Two: 1 Jan 2016 - 31 Dec 2016 Option Year Three: 1 Jan 2017 - 31 Dec 2017 Option Year Four: 1 Jan 2018 - 31 Dec 2018 The applicable NAICS code is 541330 and the size standard is $14M. This notice is not a request for quotations or solicitation of offers. There is no solicitation available. This requirement includes Electronic and Information Technology (EIT), which must meet the accessibility standards established by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 7941). The specific Technical Standards that apply are: Technical Standard 1194.21 - Software Applications and Operating Systems Technical Standard 1194.22 - Web Based Intranet and Internet Information and Applications.
