Modification to SS/RFI 02-27-2014 The Remedial Action Contracts / Multiple Award Competitions (RAC/MAC) has been revised under the Superfund Remedial Acquisition Framework(RAF) to three (3) different National Multiple Award suites of contracts. For further information go to the link: http://www.epa.gov/oamreg01/region3/SOL-R3-13-00006/index.htm. As ONE EPA, these National Multiple Award suites of contracts will allow the agency to provide flexible utilization of all its resources while maximizing competitions. This new posting supersedes prior postings. Prior responses were used in shaping this current approach. Previous postings under this announcement have not been deleted but they are no longer relevant to this version of the framework. EPA requests vendor feedback to this new approach.
