- Amendment: This is a notification that this solicitation has been amended. The current Amendment did not significantly alter the solicitation, and therefore the solicitation will not be a extended. The contractor shall sign and submit the amendment along with the updated solicitation. An updated performance work statement dated 25 Feb 2014 is hereby incorporated as a result of this amendment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with FAR part 12 and FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. This acquisition is set-aside for Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses under the Women-Owned Federal Contract Program. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 541513 with a size standard of $25.5 Million. The subject solicitation number is: FA4621-14-T-0004 McConnell AFB, KS plans to acquire the following services (Base Year plus 3 Option Years): Two (2) full time equivalent qualified Information Services Help Desk Technicians responsible for IT support and help desk operations in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 25 Feb 14. Services shall be provided at McConnell AFB, Kansas, in support of the 22d Medical Group. The following is a description of the proposed contract line items (CLINs) as detailed in the attached solicitation: Line Item 0001: 2 Help Desk & PC Technicians The contractor shall provide on site labor, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide two (2) each full time equivalent qualified Information Services Help Desk Technicians in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 25 Feb 14. *Period of Performance 24 Mar 2014 - 23 Mar 2015. Line Item 1001: 2 Help Desk & PC Technicians The contractor shall provide on site labor, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide two (2) each full time equivalent qualified Information Services Help Desk Technicians in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 25 Feb 14. *Period of Performance 24 Mar 2015 - 23 Mar 2016. Line Item 2001: 2 Help Desk & PC Technicians The contractor shall provide on site labor, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide two (2) each full time equivalent qualified Information Services Help Desk Technicians in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 25 Feb 14. *Period of Performance 24 Mar 2016 - 23 Mar 2017. Line Item 3001: 2 Help Desk & PC Technicians The contractor shall provide on site labor, transportation and incidentals necessary to provide two (2) each full time equivalent qualified Information Services Help Desk Technicians in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 25 Feb 14. *Period of Performance 24 Mar 2017 - 23 Mar 2018. This acquisition is required to be Section 508 compliant. Section 508 requires that Federal Departments/Agencies' Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) is accessible to people with disabilities. Contractors are required to answer and submit the attached Section 508 questionnaire along with their proposal. Refer to http://www.buyaccessible.gov/ for further information on Section 508 compliance. Award will be made to the responsive offeror determined to be the most advantageous to the government in accordance with the criteria listed in the attached solicitation. Awardee will be required to invoice through Wide Area Work Flow(WAWF). Award can only be made to contractors registered in System for Award Managment (http://www.SAM.gov). To submit a valid quote please fill out the attached solicitation and send with your offer. Offerors shall respond to this solicitation by 4:00 pm CST, 3 Mar 14.
