- Description
- Justification and Approval for Mod P00003 (14-009) The attached Justification and Approval is for a modification to a Firm Fixed Price award on a sole source basis (contractor: Pacific Shipyards International, LLC) for the additional repair work of YD-261 Floating Barge Crane, Contract N32253-14-C-0002. A need now exists to incorporate Request for Contract Changes (RCCs) 3G, 4G, and 5G. The requirement is to accomplish additional main deck and underwater hull repair including insert installation and clad welding, and straightening of the flat bar for fender reinstallation. The end date of the contract's period of performance will be extended from 6 Mar 14 to 2 Apr 14.
