- RFQ Solicitation N00421-14-T-0166 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government on behalf of The U.S. Naval Test Pilot School (USNTPS) intends to make an award on a sole source basis to Bussmann Aviation. The Test Pilot School requires flight test demonstration hours and flight testing of a MD-500C aircraft. The Contractor MUST be precertified and equipment inspected by the US Navy Test Pilot School. All other information is in the attached Statement of Work. Interested parties may submit capability statements and a quote to Olive Rogers at olive.rogers@navy.mil. By 4:00pm EST on 07-Mar-2014.
