- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a NAVY identified CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI) This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The part being procured is a Lever Assembly for NSN 1615-01-044-6797 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 35 each under part number 209-010-482-005. The approved sources of supply BELL HELICOPTE CAGE 97499 and EULESS AERO CO. CAGE: 52743. There is a GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TEST REQUIRED for 2 units. The required delivery schedule with govt. first article test total is 380 days. Configuration Control applies. FOB Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 18 MARCH 2014. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
