- Solicitation Number: D14PS00212 NAICS Code: 519130 Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals Size Standard: $500 Employees PSC Code: T099 Other Photographic, Mapping, Printing and Publications Services. Synopsis: The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) is looking for an online web-based platform that provides a comprehensive database of banks' financial statements, credit ratings and news intelligence worldwide. The online platform should provide standardized formats to make it easy to compare banks worldwide across geographies, sectors, and perform peer comparison without manual calculations. The online database should be able to provide at a minimum the following information on each bank. This synopsis is not an RFQ or Request for Proposals (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not a commitment by the Government. Planned Announcement: RFQ number D14PS00212 will be issued on or about February 28, 2014. Closing response date: Approximately two weeks from the date the solicitation is issued. Important Note: The FedBizOpps response date listed elsewhere in this synopsis is for FedBizOpps archiving purposes only. It has no relationship to the actual solicitation due date and time Conducting Business with the Government. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Interior, the contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management Registration (SAM). All Offerors must be SAM registered prior to receiving an award. Registration instructions may be obtained and online registration may be accomplished, at www.sam.gov. By submission of a quote, a vendor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from the solicitation. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov. No CD's or hard copies will be available.
