- Calibration Services Solicitation N00421-14-T-0165 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Request is set-aside for Total Small Business under the authority of FAR Part 52.219-6. The requirement is for the calibration of specified instruments for the ISO 9001 laboratories within the Aerospace Materials Division in support of the Materials' Division laboratory quality program and certification effort. Tasks include pick up & delivery of specified equipment to be calibrated as specified by the 9001 Laboratory Managers. Please see Statement of work for detailed requirements. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm See Attached RFQ. Solicitation will close on 6 March 2014 at 1600 EST.
