- Provisions & Clauses 3rd Quarter Meat and Cheese Subsistence Bid Sheet RFQP20704005-14 Vendors are required to notify the Food Service Administrators within one week of receiving an order if they will be late or unable to ship any of the items awarded. Voicemail messages are not sufficient. All items must have a minimum of a 90 shelf life from the date that the product is delivered to the institutional warehouse. This includes best by dates and expiration dates. The entire order must be delivered by April 25th 2014. Any vendor who fails to deliver any awarded item(s) will receive an unfavorable past performance rating which may negatively affect future awards.
