Presolicitation Notice The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 will release a solicitation for medical treatment and bariatric recliners for the Marion VA Medical Center. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be posted for Open Market with a Small Business set aside within 24 hours. An onsite demonstration of the products being offered will be required at the Marion VAMC at no cost to the Government. Additional details including full specifications will be included in the RFQ. ITEM NUMBERDESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES/SERVICESQUANTITYUNIT 1Four-position recliner, Recline/Raise assist handles, Tray table must swing to the front, Both full arm style that is removable or retractable for easy patient transfer from bed, Accessory bracket and removable oxygen tank holders on both sides.22EA 2Powered bariatric recliner, four positions including trendelenburg and lying flat, Recline/Raise assist handles, Retractable foot/leg rest, Back Recline Lift Assist, Tray table must swing to the front, Both full arm style that is removable or retractable for easy patient transfer from bed, Accessory bracket and removable oxygen tank holders on both sides.8EA The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337127 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. New Equipment ONLY. NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) to destination, which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.
