- 1. The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM), WA, intends to solicit proposals to award a single, commercial, fixed-price requirements type contract. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, material, equipment, and labor necessary to service and maintain oil/water separator, and the removal and disposal of dewatered digester sludge at JBLM. A complete Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Proposals (RFP) number is W911S8-13-R-0026. 2. The period of performance will be as follows: Base Period:1 November 2014 - 30 April 2015 Option Period 1:1 May 2015 - 30 April 2016 Option Period 2:1 May 2016 - 30 April 2017 Option Period 3:1 May 2017 - 30 April 2018 Option Period 4:1 May 2018 - 30 April 2019 3. The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 562998 and the small business standard is $7.0 Million. A complete description and instructions for submission of offers for the Oil/Water Separators service will be provided within the solicitation and will be posted to FedBizOpps. Telephonic requests for the solicitation resulting from this notice will not be accepted. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative issue date is 19 March 2014 and the anticipated closing date is 18 April 2014 at 2:00:00 PM (PDT). Interested offerors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 4. Proposals from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and ensure the applicable NAICS code 562998 is included in their profile prior to submission of offers for consideration. 5.
